What exactly is an essential oil? Where does it come from? How do they work?
Essential oils are all from plants, organic or wild crafted (another way of saying we went out to the forest and picked them!) The plants are then put in a distiller, added water, a little heat and some steam. The end of the distiller then slowly pours out oil from the plants. The water is used for hydrosol, the essential oils are bottled and used for many different things.
Now comes the fun part to describe. Are you ready? Essential oils work with your body and your brain. The essential oils are rubbed on your body. They quickly “run” to your brain and tattle that there are cells in your body that are “acting up” and not doing

the right thing. Your brain then goes to those cells that are acting up and disciplines them, telling them to “shape up” so your body can heal.
Essential oils do not cause other issues the way medications do. The body does not build up any dependency on them either! The essential oils go through your system in about two hours so no build up in your liver. In fact, some of these essential oils actually clean out your liver!
I know it sounds funny. But it actually does work! Some of the health issues I have dealt with using essential oils are headaches, neuropathy, gout, muscle aches and pains, tooth decay, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, depression, lung issues, asthma, allergies, digestive issues, toenail fungus, acid reflex, boosting immune systems, fibromyalgia, shingles, phantom pain, pneumonia, sore throats and spider veins. The list could go on and on.
